The Brewer Law Offices P.C.

I’ve been licensed to practice law in Colorado since 1992 and I’ve always focused on handling workers’ compensation cases. I’ve presented at numerous continuing legal education seminars on various topics in workers’ compensation and I regularly do case law updates for other attorneys.

I serve on the board of workers’ compensation trial lawyers. This is a group of attorneys who work together to affect legislation in a positive way for injured workers, as well as stay current on case law and the nuances of practicing workers’ compensation law in Colorado. Throughout the course of my career, I have tried countless workers’ compensation cases in front of administrative law judges. Since 1998 I’ve had my own firm with a full-time paralegal and on occasion another attorney to help with the caseload.

What Do You Want Readers To Gain From Reading This Book?

This book is meant to help injured workers navigate a system that is becoming increasingly complicated and less accommodating to the injured worker. I made a conscious decision to keep my firm small in order to provide clients with the high quality, personalized attention their cases deserve. I believe it is important to know each client’s case on an individual basis, and for every client to have confidence in knowing that I will handle their case with the utmost diligence and care.
